Full–Service Interior Design
The traditional mode of engaging an interior designer keeps the direction and approval of all plans and purchases in the client’s hands while the leg–work of shopping, hiring, ordering and overseeing is taken care of by the decorator. Erica Fay Interiors does not represent any suppliers or manufacturers, remaining independent on all design decisions in order to give each client a custom fitted plan.
Each job is defined following a free two–hour interview. Design fees are set on a per-project basis or can be charged by an hourly rate. All work is done according to a letter of agreement wherein expectations for work to be completed and payment schedules are defined. A Retainer is required.

Consultations are a perfect way to assist you in solving your design problems and in completing your own interior decorating. Erica Fay is an avid supporter of those who want to do it themselves. She has been working with homeowners in this capacity for decades; her workshops grew out of this experience. If you don’t know exactly where to start, have started to decorate and run into a snag, if you’re frustrated about choosing colors, or are blocked by a lack of ideas, a consultation is just what you need to achieve your dreams. Erica Fay consults on small commercial as well as residential projects.
Color Schemes
Don’t let the selection of colors overwhelm you. Request a site visit to help devise a scheme that works well for you and the character of your home. Large color samples are provided along with a comprehensive room–by–room chart detailing all surfaces to be painted.
• Single Room Paint Color Scheme is $290 due upon the visit.
• Additional rooms are $35 each.

Basic Consultations
Solve your decorating and design dilemmas. From a single site visit to packages allowing for multiple visits, shopping, and drawings depending upon your needs.
• The fee is $350 due upon the visit.

Extended Consultation Services
Establish an ongoing, involved consulting relationship to assist with your redecorating and renovation projects. After an initial visit, blocks of time can be purchased in advance for a substantial savings allowing for multiple visits, shopping, and drawings depending upon your needs. Perfect for DIY individuals who want to get it right.
• AutoCAD drawings for construction are billed separately at $75/hour.
• Travel
beyond 25 miles of Great Barrington, Massachusetts is billed separately
at the rate of $25 per hour.
