This wonderful timber frame house had been the unfortunate victim of two divorces. It had never been finished inside and felt hollow and unsettled.

Erica Fay and the new owners gave the house the attention it needed by painting the walls and trim and refinishing posts and floors to enhance the special characteristics of the architecture. Furniture was selected for the country setting.

The decorating isn’t finished yet, but the house feels welcoming and one gets the sense of wonderful things to come.
