An avid collector of mid 20th century “antiques” purchased a series of buildings strategically located along busy routes 7 & 20 in the Southern Berkshires. Traffic traveling to or from the Mass Pike or NYC to famous Berkshire cultural destinations such as Tanglewood, Shakespeare & Co, or Edith Wharton’s The Mount, must have noticed these nearly abandoned buildings before the summer of 2006.

Erica Fay selected the exterior colors inspired by Fiestaware and the classic T-bird to maximize the exposure to passing traffic and presents an enticing message about what can be found inside.
